Had a grandfather smoking cigarettes for 20 years, he died 63 years old, cancer. I smoke 20 cigarettes a day, for last 10 years (I'm 24y). I think it's good you accept that you've "misplayed your bodyEV" recently (only you will know obviously(and your doc)).
Your body is your temple, treat it that way.
Hopefully I will get my priorities right too, and set up some goals for myself as well [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
