Assuming villain has $1K I would never reraise here. Smooth call and lead out for 300. A 4-bet preflop makes it much easier for KK or QQ to get away. Take the risk of them flopping a set for the payoff of them being a lot more skeptical that you have AA when you bet out in what could be a feeler bet on the flop.
