Setting up a new bank account is pretty easy, not such a hassle. But I don't think this would help neteller. If i remember correct, in the u.s., neteller requires your ssn#, getting a new one of those would be quite a hassle and probably illegal.

Maybe IGM though a new account might fly, but you have an additional problem it seems, you sign up new account and play from same computer/IP address as the old account. This will be flagged right away, and questioned at first payout. I think you will get caught for this and accounts frozen. Anyone else think so?
