she (a) is weirded out by the concept of calling a guy she met online, and is thusly taking her time, or (b) totally forgot about it. she probably totally forgot. but either way the best thing to do is forget about her and go to happy hour (not necessarily in that order). I would also stop meeting women online, because you're drawing from a much less desirable pool of people, and the chances of her turning out to be who you hope she is are very low.
