It might be theoretically beatable, but the risk of ruin would be unacceptable with any reasonable bankroll. You would be making $1 -EV bets for hours, then make one or 2 $200 bets with a very small edge. Besides, I'm pretty sure that they give no indication of when they shuffle the deck, which means it might as well be shuffled after every hand because you have no way of knowing when to start your count.
