There is no fee to send money from NT to your bank, nor from NT to poker sites.

Thus, you should only pay the fee once.

Correct me if I'm wrong, the only time I put money from bank to NT was a year ago and it was only $50, so I don't really remember all the details.

I've never seen them...if they exist, they must only be at the beginner's tables, which you can only access for 45 days, I think
