If you are going to lead the turn and he just calls he most likely A) has you in bad shape but does not want to get 3 bet from trips or B) Just has overs and doesn't believe you. Given this I think you should lead the river. A better hand is going to bet if you check and a worse hand will most likely check behind where as he will call a bet. That's all I got.
