Oops, that wasn't the question.
The play is a little (maybe a lot) player dependent. If UTG is the kind of player who will raise with overcards (AK, AQ, etc.) I would bet out and hope UTG raises and clears out the field. If successful, then I would lean to checking and calling unless I improve. If the raise gets one or more callers, I call the flop raise but am probably done with the hand after that unless I improve - especially if the possible flush draw hits on the turn.
