Default low TP against several opponents

Flop: (5 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 players)
Hero bets, BB folds, MP1 calls, MP2 folds, Button raises, Hero calls, MP1 calls.

Turn: (5.50 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)

Final Pot: 8.50 BB

Do you play medium offsuit connectors from the SB? I wonder if I should even call the flop raise. If villian is on a FD with OC's he better than 50% to win and I still have MP in there as well. But villian could also have TP better kicker or an OP in which case I'm drawing pretty thin.

Do you generally bet out low TP against 4 or more players?
