Default Cashout from Empire

A friend of mine cashed out 10k after the chaos ensued. 7500 of it was properly completed but 2500 wasn't. He emailed them and recieved this reply:

Thank you for contacting us.

Please note that your cash out dated 10/08/05 for US$2500.00 requested
via NETeller has been approved and processed on 10/09/05 at 08:15 EST
to your NETeller account. It normally takes 2-6 hours for the funds to
reach your NETeller account from the time it is processed. However, due
to some technical reason the funds did not reach your Neteller account
successfully. So, we request you to give us another 24 hrs so that we
can check the same and reprocess your cashout.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.
