Default Re: (55) Calling a turn check-raise all-in with an overpair

[ QUOTE ]
My stats so far on BB say he's loose-passive. He's seen 35% of flop so far without raising. Other than that, I haven't noticed anything he's done.

I have 420 left with 1000 in the pot. Do I have any excuse to fold getting 2:1 on the call? I am most likely beat by a flush or set, but those are some nice pot odds.

that weak 55 bet by villian is either a blocking bet for a flush draw or he has middle/bottom pair, or priming the pump to get you to go over the top because he has 2pair/set.

on the turn, he's saying he made his non-nut flush and is trying to protect it. a $55 player with 2pair/set probably wouldnt check/raise all-in with a flush possible on the board.

so what did he have?
