I would say it depends on how much you like their show, and taking into consideration if they got tipped during it. $25/hour for four girls sounds about right to me, more if they are outstanding. That would equate to a 13-17% tip based on the $140-$200/hour I think they get paid. (I think they make about half of what the company charges.) And if they make tips during their show, an additional tip at the end might not even be neccessary.
