Dragon sauce is a thick brown, very flavorful (but not hot) sauce that you can find in most grocery stores (the bottle makes it look like it's hot sauce tho). It's usually next to "tiger sauce," but don't mistake that for dragon sauce, dragon sauce is the CHIT and tiger sauce sucks. You wouldn't want to DRENCH the fish, just put on in moderate amounts and spread thinly with a knife or your finger. I've used dragon sauce on fish, chicken and steak and it sure has its uses. To me it's like another spice in the cabinet, except you keep it in the fridge.
