Assuming Party rakes $5 on each hand and the game is always 10 handed, something like 0.0625 BB/100.

It doesnt matter that a higher stakes player's rakeback is a lower percentage of his total winnings or his total bankroll. Money is money and a higher stakes player will earn more money in rakeback than a lower stakes player so to say a higher stakes players rakeback is negligible is just dumb.
