With BB betting into a 3bet on the flop I don't think putting in a raise on the turn is a good idea. I think right now we're looking at a probable split with BB at best. I'm saying call because of the size of the pot.

I agree with you about the draw, he could be on a heart draw. I was just saying that top pair or two pair is unlikely. What two pair hands would he call 2 cold with pf?
