Re: Weakness
I didn't feel comfortable calling the turn. It just felt like a spew.
Before I let this thread die off, I think these results may warrant some more discussion:
Preflop: Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero raises, MP calls, 2 folds, SB calls, BB calls.
Flop: (8 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, MP folds, SB raises, BB 3-bets, Hero caps, SB calls, BB calls.
Turn: (10 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Hero folds, SB calls.
River: (12 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, BB bets, SB calls.
Final Pot: 14 BB
Results:
SB has 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (three of a kind, sixes).
BB has 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (flush, jack high).
Outcome: BB wins 14 BB.
If either of these guys had nothing but a draw on the flop, almost every draw got there when the turn card hit. Thinking along those lines, does the fold still seem weak, or is it more routine?
