Default Blind steal gone wrong

I've been doing my fair share of blind steals at this table.

SB is TAG, 19/14/4
BB is unknown, but seems loose/passive

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (8 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">5 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>, BB calls, Hero calls.

Too loose?

Flop: (9 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, BB calls, Hero ...

Here I need to decide if I want to call down, raise, or just dump it. The pot is getting sizable. If it were heads up, I'd probably just call down. Having the BB in there complicates things.

I find these spots tough, I'm not sure if I should be calling down with TPNK.

Thoughts?
