The 3 biggest holdem games are 8/16, 15/30 and 30/60. I have never seen anything higher, 30/60 may be the highest they can legally spread.
From personal experience 8/16 is juicy and 15/30 is good. This is weeknights. I dont know how the fall classic affects the quality of the games though. It is hard to imagine they would be tougher during a big tourney.
