I would hate to miss a bet here - I lean towards a bet if you don't have a read on the opponents. Check-raise is obviously preferrable if you can rely on one of them to bet into you after you C/R'd sixth street, but I don't know too many people that willingly bet into sixth street checkraisers on the end.
