I'd fold it. Small pair/small kicker might look decent starting hands but they are dangerous to play and the two dead threes don't help any. Granted, sometimes you can catch another baby on 4th and can force people out if they all brick but I think that's dependent on what your opponents are like.
I don't know why on earth Seat 1 didn't bet his trips on 4th with all the lows bricking. You'd have a clear fold there. If your previous suckouts already had them on tilt, this hand must have sent them over the edge.
