If you are all in on the flop against an opponent and you need to catch runner-runner to beat him...catching a runner on the turn would be a "sweat card". People like sweat cards because nobody likes to get busted on the turn.

If you are talking about somebody sweating you...this usually means someone watching you play in some tourney or something.
