If he's retarded enough to fold in a spot where he's chopping 100% of the time, then obviously the bet is good. And while I'm not real familiar with the 20/40 rake scheme, I'd imagine that the rake is already maxed before the river bet, so there's no point in not betting.

I just can't imagine what causes anybody to fold to your bet.
