I've found this be very site specific. We have to local TB's. One is extremely hit or miss with accuracy, it also tends to be very slow at times. The other rarely makes mistakes and seems to be run very well.

Exactly, the one that used to be across the street from my apartment, was probably the best run fast food establishment I have ever been a patron of.
