PokerShare problem when leave tournament
I have been playing on PokerShare lately and if I leave a tournament I am not able to get back into PokerShare (let alone the tournament) until the tournament is over. I emailed support the 2nd time this happened and didn't get a response until about 6 hours later. I emailed them back about getting a refund and as of 24 hours later hadn't received a response. I play on UB also and have never had this problem. Any one else experience this?
I'm not flaming PokerShare because I generally like the program but the tournament issue is a big problem for me as I often switch from my laptop to the desktop after my wife goes to bed. I also occasionally get disconnected as well.
