You would, but would an unknown? If we assume his PT stats are correct - a big assumption, but why did you even include them if we aren't? - then he's overaggressive and probably not a "thinking player."
As for why he'd peel with a T, I dunno. Because he's an idiot? Basically, I think MP is betting a pair or a draw here, and the pair he's betting is NOT an A, because we would have heard more from an A on the flop.
