I like the raise preflop. There was a discussion on this about a month ago and I believe I was in the minority opinion.
Why I like to raise here:
1) You have position.
2) Your hand is going to be better than 1 in 6 to win, unless someone has your suit covered. In that scenario, the chances of you hitting a flush are less, so it's less likely to cost bets.
3) It adds a bit of deception. You cannot always raise big cards. This might be a slightly negative ev (I'm not conceding that yet) play on this hand for a positive ev overall image.
4) It gets out blind hands like K6 and such that might hit a better 2-pair.
