Crack open 2 eggs into a paper bowl, stir it up.

place 2 sausage patties on a paper towel

place the eggs and sausage in the microwave and set it for 2:30. (poke some holes in the egg after 2 mins)

While that is cooking, put the english muffins in the toaster.

DING, put the egg and sausage on the muffin, add cheese... munch away

no dirty dishes either

Update: I just did this except I used precooked bacon. I put 1 egg in the bowl and it was enough for one sandwich. 1 egg took about 50 seconds to cook in the microwave.
