branford marsalis: requiem, the dark keys, contemporary jazz

sonny rollins: saxophone collosus, way out west, sound of sonny

lee morgan: search for new land, the rumproller

hank mobley: this I dig of you, no room for squares

freddie hubbard: ready for freddie, red clay

mc coy tyner: the real mccoy

herbie hancock: any blue note herbie

miles davis: anything from the sextet with cannonball, trane, and the rythm section

charles mingus: black saint and the sinner lady, mingusX5

dizzy gilespie: sonny side up, the conercert(its from toronto with mingus, parker, max roach)

any thad jones/mel lewis big band

trane: crescent, with johnny hartman, ballads, coltrane's sound, giant steps

joe henderson: y todavia la quiero( i think that's the name off the top of my head), inner urge, a shade of jade, tetragon

wayne shorter: bascially any blue note wayne

stan getz: voyage, sweet rain

this is a good list to get you started, I was a jazz performance major in the past, so this is my specialty
