Yeah I know, one of my best friends from high school goes to cal poly. I was up there like 2 weeks ago for the end of their week of welcome and at night on friday/saturday their was pretty much impromptu parties as freshman girls just kinda wandered into the back yard and started drinking with me and his roomates.
Then again, this can be said for most southern california UC/CSU schools.
