Buttons range are prolly something like JJ+,AK+,AQs.
TT-AA,AKs,AQs will probably raise or 3bet behind you. They are 17/30. AQ/AK (13/30) he will probably fold for a raise, so raising seem better than calling the first time and you canīt really fold, so itīs simple this far.
Not sure how clowny UTG is, but think you are ahead of button pretty often after you hit on the turn as he canīt put that much action in with AKo and AsKs,TT,AA arenīt that big a part of his range.
I think Iīd feel pretty bad about folding to UTGīs CR if he clowns it up alot.
