I assume the flop bet was too small. Given that, the guy pushing potentially has the straight and defending against a flush. Or, he could have Qx and could just be over-aggressive.

Even if Hero is ahead here, is it worth folding just to hold onto the 555 chips, which would be much more useful for FE purposes in late game?
