3 opponents so someone is likely to hit this flop hard (TP, any draw, pair+draw, overpair, etc). I don't see AK/AQ, 99 making a CB on this board with stacks so short and 3 opponents. I'm going against the group here so I may be wrong. Just my thoughts.

FWIW, Holdem, I think CR'ing all-in in this hand is a terrible line when compared to leading (for many of the reasons you mentioned and a few others). Winning nothing when they all have air is just about the last thing on my mind here. Leading is better in almost every way that I can think of.
