i happened to ask to withdraw by cheque on 6th september - i received the cheque on 13th september - i thought that was pretty good, personally
they know nothing about running a poker room but their financial credentials are impeccable
keep firing e-mails at them - i think you have to write to
customerservices@williamhill.co.uk rather than support
