That bankroll thing is meaningful only if you're a winning player. Looking at your results, I'd say that's doubtful. At best, you're a very marginal player who got lucky and then unlucky. Or, more likely, the game was a bit easier earlier and you were a marginal winner. Now it's gotten tougher (the really bad players gave up the game and/or learn to play better) and now you're a losing player.
Poker rooms are full of self-proclaimed 'great players' who happen to have been running bad for the past eight years. Don't fall into that trap.
