As a lawyer, I would imagine that he has a pretty crappy case, although it seldom hurts to write a letter. If you hit a jackpot at the slots in Vegas when you're underage, I have a pretty good idea what the outcome is, even if you tell them "it's best for everyone if I don't expose the fact that underage people sometimes play your slots."
