I witnessed the future of hockey, and it is good.
I saw the Wild/Panther game at The Ralph last night. Losing the center line is great. Long passes for breakaways is exciting, and so are shootouts. As a former goaltender, the goalies got completely hosed but I suppose it was for the greater good with bigger offensives zones and more offensive play overall. Now if only baseball would vanish.
