Go to 'file' ---> 'maintain database names'
It will bring up all databases. Click the one you want to remove and hit the 'remove' button.

BUT, be careful, if you want the properties from your original database, create a new database first and it will give you the option to import properties and stuff (i think auto rate rules and stuff like that)

Then delete the original database.
