I've always thought calling three bets cold PF is a mistake. So I'd look at this as a choice between folding and raising here and do the latter for value. Getting information on the LAG's (CO) hand seems unlikely because his range for capping here could be huge. As for extracting value after you hit, whether you cap/bet out or call/bet out, people are thinking about that ace. But if you do cap, there's a chance you get callers--or raisers--who look at your move on the flop as a continuation bet. If you bet out after calling PF, you scream aces or better.
