Not only that, but they are told that unimaginable harm will come to them if they see any of that material ahead of time. The organization is also fanatical about keeping those items out of the public eye (through legal and illegal means), although the rise of Internet mirroring has basically made this impossible.
I wouldn't trust them for
medical care, either.
