My typical line against someone who just sat down is to see what he's holding and call down to SD. Besides, your implied odds are 4-1 and I'd guess you're good at least 20% of the time.
I'm a big fan of raising for a free showdown in general, but I really don't want to get 3-bet by this guy a 3rd time.
