Default Re: Is there a (good) poker room at MOUNT PLEASANT, MI?

I am also a student at CMU out play almost exclusivly online. I used to play at soaring eagle before I started on the internet and occasionaly play there now. There are 18 tables there, on the weekends at night there is normally one 15-30 game, two 10-20, one 3-6 stud, one 3-6 Omaha h/l, five to six 6-12 holdem games, and the rest at 3-6 holdem. The 3-6 games can get insanly loose/passive at times, table selection is key. Ive played 3-6 games with 8 people to the flop every hand, and ive played 3-6 games where youll got 4 hands without seeing a flop (but that is extreamly rare). 6-12 is just as bad as 3-6. The 10-20 game is normally weak tight (not sure about the weekends though). 10-20 should be a gold mine on a saturday night because the regulars in the 10-20 game are playing 15-30 when available so the 10-20 tables are half college kids who suck and look like tools.
