his big raise implies that he doesn't want any action so he probably has 2 high cards.
should I raise all-in now or just call and wait to see if there are no overcards and than continue.
(lets assume that if he has aces or kings i'm out of the tourney anyway)
what option is better?

Personal style. Personally, I like the push here because he seems to want to steal blinds or something, you pushing is likely to make him angry and call.

You probably have the better hand.
