These two statements are in direct contradiction. You
are on tilt.
As far as your play, you're far too passive pre-flop. You need to get your PFR up to 8-9%. Also, you may be folding a few winners as your WTSD% is a bit low. Check the
FAQ for more on those numbers.
This is still possibly due to variance over your 4k sample, but it's clear from your comments that it is
not - it's also due to your poor play. Be honest and introspective and look back at the hands you've played. You'll probably find a poor bet or call here or there - these little poor plays add up. Remember, you only need 3 1-BB mistakes every 100 hands to take a 2.5 BB/100 winner into a 0.5 BB/100 loser.
