I'd only not reraise that if I expect MP1 to cold call my preflop raise with a deuce in his hand... so any tight or tricky player and I reraise the turn, maybe call a really loose aggressive player, and even then I'd have to think about it.
with no reads I reraise.
I would think most of the time you're against a pocket pair lower than your Q's.
