Default How do you continue on the turn?

CO is a TAG. Not a regular. That's all I remember. Pretty much all I knew about him.
The other player is bad. EDIT: Like 50/15 LP, likes to call, but has at least a pair or a draw when he calls

Party Poker 10.00/20.00 Hold'em (5 handed) link

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
1 folds, CO raises, 1 folds, Hero 3-bets, BB calls, CO calls.

Flop: (9.00 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, BB calls, CO calls.

Turn: (6.00 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, CO bets, Hero folds

How would you play the turn? Would there be any difference if the turn card was an offsuit 6?
