usually when someone else puts in the last bet, your best move is to check the river. the reason for this is because if you bet, not planning to 3-bet, you win 1 if he calls or lose 2 if he raises. if you check-raise, you win 2 if ahead, and lose 3 if behind (and you're less likely to lose the 3). so you're getting 3-2 instead of 2-1. JR taught me that and it's something that comes up pretty often.

also, there's very little chance he's going for a free showdown. if he's raising hearts, he doesn't have a hand that'll pay off anyway, so there's no value in betting there. here I don't know if I'd check-call or check-raise (probably check-raise), but the important part is that you should be checking here
