BB has 26 left after his bet, and you can either call to make the pot 50, or raise to give villain a $26 call into a $76 pot.
Villain obviously has odds to call your all-in. If you check and push the turn he will not quite have odds to call though.

If stacks are much deeper, obviously you bet flop and turn sufficiently the protect against the next card. In this case, stacks are too short for this, but neither are they deep enough for a flop push to give bad odds for villain getting two cards.
The outcome is that you should check and push a safe turn card. This has a higher EV than the flop push.
