Default Another AA hand, this time against passive whale who bets into me

Ok, villain is 87/11. Very loose preflop but 34/47 wtshowdown won at showdown percentage so looks like what he is doing is working. He has a history of check minraising me, or minraising me when Im beat. His lead into me was kinda awkard here. He is not that good, and doesnt extract nearly enough value from his made hands. He has a history of taking my money. Prob won about 80 off me so far this session (cracking my big pairs with random holdings, poorly played sets, etc)

Of course this is an obvious raise, but what are we doing here? Pot commiting ourselves, raising enough to get away from the hand? Which course would you guys take?
