Is it possible that she's testing you with AQ, AJ, AT? She may be putting you on a flush draw, where she wants to make you pay to draw. There is an outside chance she could be making a play with the flush draw as well.
If your read is good then fold, but I'd probably call her down unless another spade hit the board and she continued betting.
