I 3-bet PF.
Given the way you played things PF and on the flop, I just call the turn. BB either has you crushed or visa versa and even if you're beating the BB the CO might have it and probably isnt letting it go. I dont think a turn raise accomplishes much unless the CO has a hand like JT and the BB has JJ. That's a pretty big parlay of events.
